Not only does this show that we comply with the regulations for data protection but it shows we are committed to running a professional company that respects the privacy of the people we deal with.
Mail Forwarding and Money Laundering
We also offer mail forwarding services to provide a full virtual office package. Mail forwarding services have to be registered under the Money Laundering Regulations.Office Answers Ltd is registered accordingly and our registration number is 12544118.
To comply with the regulations we will require a copy of your proof of address (such as a utility bill) and a copy of proof of identity (such as a driving licence or passport) before we can set up a mail forwarding service.
Payment Card Industry Compliant
Office Answers has been verified as compliant with the requirements of the Payment Card Industry (PCI). Our PCI certification number is 339971.
We work with a secure card payment gateway in association with Barclaycard. We do not store any card details. For payment of monthly invoices by card the payment gateway gives us a reference number and we use this reference to submit the monthly payments, meaning we do not need to store any card details.
Prospective customers
If you offer us your email address and/telephone number when making enquiries about our services we may use this to follow up on the information we have provided. We do use an automated email system for some enquiries and this may send up to a maximum of five follow up emails. Each email contains an unsubscribe link if you do not want to receive any further information.
We will not pass your personal details to any third party for their marketing purposes. We may share your details with our business partners in order to provide our services and our own marketing activities. For instance any competitions we run are managed on our behalf by a third party.

In subscribing to one of our services we will require further information on you and your company. We have taken steps to ensure that all personally identifiable information that we collect is secure, including limiting the number of people who can access this information and using electronic security systems, as required by the Data Protection Act.
